Progressive push-ups
Keep elbows in at a 40-degree angle to the body. Keep back straight and flat as if you have a line running from the top pf your head through your back. Do not let hips dip down or stick up in the air.
This time you are focusing on slowly lowering yourself down to the floor, and when close drop down and push yourself back up through your knees then reset to starting position and repeat.
