Toes pointing slightly out, when bringing the platform down, open the hips by keeping knees out, do not let your bum lift off the seat. Always keep heels on the platform, do not let them lift off. If they lift off, you have gone too low for your ankle mobility. Push through your feet in an explosive but controlled way back up. Do not lock your knees out on the way up, keep them soft. Then repeat.
