What if I haven't exercised before/in a while?
I will start you slow, but you get your results fast! We'll be able to coach you and get you the results you want regardless of your experience levels. Whether you 're a first timer or you do have some past experience, we've got you covered.

What if I have an existing injury/pains
As long as your doctor has given the all clear for training I will tailor make the session to accommodate your injuries. You may also find through this training we strengthen these areas and eliminate pains.

In a private studio in the Witney Industrial Estate called 9495

How many others are in the class?
The maximum in the class is 10 people including yourself

How much is it?
It is a 5 week bulk payment of £35 (£7 per session).
This includes 1 session a week for the 5 weeks, it can be paid weekly.
