About me

Tina Stevenson

I am a highly knowledgeable personal trainer who has studied both nutrition and exercise for near on a decade. I have finetuned my methods to be the most effective it can be.

I like using flexible dieting which means NO food is off limits, I do not like clients restricting themselves to get to their goals. Learn to make this a lifestyle change not just another fad diet.

I prioritise making these changes a lifestyle change and do not believe in quick fixes, or magic pills. I want to educate you to make smart choices within your life. I also strongly believe our mental health works with our physical health so we focus on both aspects to provide the whole package.

  • Competed at the first ever UK Arnold Classics, the most prestigious body building competition in Europe.

I was a large kid who got made fun of, I drastically lost a lot of weight but was still not happy. Tried losing more through fad diets and much more. Failed miserably. Started loving Football and Cheerleading. Then fell hard in love with the gym and weightlifting. So much so I am now prepping for my first ever competition!

 

I do not want others to fall for the diets I fell for and feel like something is wrong with them. I want to help those with a horrible relationship with food to build a strong healthy relationship. I want to help men and women to become strong- not to focus on the scale weight for happiness but to also reach those fitness goals.
